While finalizing arrangements for the Euro-
Africa Economic Cooperation and Business Development Forum, the president of
Globe chamber of commerce and industry, the organizers of the aforementioned
event said, they are ready to save Africa’s economy.
Speaking in Abuja, Nigeria, the president who
was speaking on behalf of his organization, Globe Chambers of Commerce and
Industry said, events like the Euro- Africa Economic Cooperation and Business
Development forum are what Africa nations need to regain the lost export muscle
of the past.
He said, through the Euro- Africa Economic Cooperation
and Business Development Forum event, partnerships, bilateral relationship, investment
opportunities and lot more…will be established, and his organization can inject
a lot of life into the African economy.
“Most
people and organization thinks it easy to build organization’s trust and confidence,
but we know that can only happen when you must have invested on knowledge and gather
experiences from those who are already getting it right”
“Partnerships
and collaborations make it easily and it also helps us understand what our partners
and collaborators need as well as when they will be needing it, so that we can
take it to them at the right quantity and time” he continues.
“we are just counting down to the Euro-
Africa Economic Cooperation and Business Development Forum event billed for the
10th to 12th of April 2023, in Prague, Czech Republic, 14th to 15th
April 2023, Bucharest, Romania, 19th to 22nd Vilnius,
Lithuania; 24th to 26th April 2023, Barcelona, Spain; and
16th to 17th April 2023, Warsaw, Poland. Adding that the
event has been designed in a way that it will be making an instant impact on
the economy of Africa”. He added.
He further stated that alongside the stated
events, his organizations have other events that are expected to make similar
impact on the economy when it kicks off.
“Some of the events are sector-specific,
while others are expected to make general impacts. Some are for just Africa, while
others are global. The most important thing is that we are working round the
clock with appropriate agencies to get the work done”
“We want an economy that is better than what
we have today, one that will offer the continent of Africa more opportunity as
well as create the same for other continents. We want to open up more; we want
to diversify things and not just show that we can have more opportunities, but
also ensure that they are all made sustainable”, he said.
“The Euro- Africa Economic Cooperation and Business
Development Forum is the smaller picture, while the bigger picture is yet to be
unveiled” he concluded.
